$150 per 60-minutes
These holistic, client-centered sessions are designed to support well-being across mind, body, and spirit. Each consultation includes personalized education, lifestyle guidance, and wellness planning tailored to the unique needs of women across the lifespan.
🔹Please note: Wellness consultations are considered a non-clinical service and are not eligible for insurance reimbursement or submission via superbill.
🔹Payment is due at the time of service. HSA/FSA cards may be accepted depending on your provider’s policies.

The goal is to empower women to create vibrant, balanced lives rooted in self-awareness, wellness, and wholeness.
Occupational therapy wellness consultations + coaching embrace a whole-person approach, supporting balance and well-being across mind, body, and spirit. These personalized sessions are designed for women of all ages to explore how lifestyle, daily habits, and emotional health influence physical function and overall quality of life.
Through compassionate listening and expert guidance, the therapist helps identify areas where small, intentional changes can lead to meaningful improvements. Each session is tailored to the individual, and may include:
Mind: Mindfulness techniques, stress management strategies, and relaxation practices to calm the nervous system, improve focus, and foster emotional resilience. Clients may also receive support in building healthy routines that promote mental clarity and reduce overwhelm.
Body: Education on posture, ergonomics, and body mechanics to encourage safe, comfortable movement and prevent injury. Gentle stretching or movement routines can enhance strength, flexibility, and pelvic health. Guidance on sleep hygiene and energy conservation supports physical recovery and vitality.
Spirit: Encouragement to engage in meaningful, joy-filled activities that nurture a sense of purpose. This may include building self-care rituals or exploring practices such as journaling, quiet reflection, time in nature, or creative expression that align with personal values and spiritual well-being.
Throughout each session, clients receive practical, real-life strategies to adapt daily tasks and environments—making self-care, productivity, and leisure more accessible and fulfilling.
